Our Method
Intake & Assessment
Every piece is examined and a written condition note is produced. We describe what we see, what we recommend, and what each option will cost.
Agreement Before Starting
No work begins until the customer confirms the scope and cost. For overhaul jobs, each stage is costed and confirmed separately.
Service and Documentation
Work is carried out at the bench, with timing measurements taken before and after. Overhaul work is photographed at each stage.
Completion & Collection
A written summary of work done accompanies every returned piece. For overhaul jobs, photographs and the full record are included.

Service 01
Everyday Service & Clean
A dependable service for daily watches — cleaning, fresh lubrication, gasket check, and accuracy adjustment. A sensible first choice for a piece that has simply been worn for a few years. We provide a short, clear note on its condition afterward.

Service 02
Strap, Bracelet & Case Refresh
Refinishing of cases and bracelets together with fitting of a new strap of your choosing, returning a comfortable, well-kept feel to the watch. A good option when the movement is sound but the exterior is tired. We talk through options with you before fitting anything.

Service 03
Keepsake Overhaul & Documentation
A complete overhaul for sentimental and longtime pieces, with conservative refinishing and a full written and photographic record of the work. Made for the watch you plan to hand down. Each stage is costed and agreed before we begin so there are no surprises.
