Things People Ask

How long does a service usually take?

An everyday clean and service is typically ready in five to seven working days. Bracelet and case work depends on parts, but we estimate at the time of drop-off. A full keepsake overhaul usually takes two to four weeks, and we keep you informed as the work progresses.

Do you work on all watch brands?

We work across most mechanical and quartz movements — Japanese, Swiss, and domestic. If a piece requires specialised parts or factory-only access, we will tell you clearly before accepting it.

What happens if the watch needs more work than expected?

We stop and contact you. No additional work is carried out without your agreement. The quote given at the outset holds for the scope described; any variation is explained before we proceed.

Can I choose which strap is fitted?

Yes. For the Strap, Bracelet & Case Refresh, we show you the available options in the correct lug width and style before fitting anything. You are welcome to bring your own strap as well.

Is it safe to send a watch by post?

We prefer pieces to be dropped off in person when possible — it allows us to discuss the work with you directly and removes transit risk. If you are outside Khon Kaen, contact us first and we will advise on the best way to proceed.

What is included in the keepsake documentation?

The written record covers the condition found at intake, parts replaced or serviced, timing results before and after, and any refinishing carried out. Photographs are taken at each stage and compiled alongside the written notes into a document you keep with the watch.
